Step 1 Compatibility Call

Let’s chat!!  Let me listen to get an idea of what is going on for you right now in your life.  See if we are a good fit and get a sense of what you are needing that is right 4 you.

Step 2 One to One Sessions

Work together to develop your program so we can gain a deeper understanding of what drives your results in life.  Learn Valuable techniques and overcome barriers to get “unstuck”

Before booking any packages, we will have a 20-min call so we can see which program is a good fit for you.

All sessions can be either online via Zoom video call or in person.

Can I book a single session?

You most certainly can, however I highly recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to tap into the true healing and magic of any therapy!
