We can not change what we are not aware of, so that is where I start, creating awareness on many aspects of life, so then the individual has the insight and then the choice to do something differently.

Trauma Coaching


Through an integrative trauma approach, I work with people to become aware, find their way forward out of struggle and negative life patterns, by creating safety in their bodies, compassion for themselves and to heal the root cause of their struggles, rather than just managing the symptoms.

Delve into the biology of trauma and somatic practices to clear past burdens.

Root Cause Therapy


We will uncover your unique beliefs and guide you into the root cause of each issue. As the emotion behind it is released, so too does the belief.

Before booking any packages, we will have a 20-min call so we can see which program is a good fit for you.   All sessions can be either online via Zoom video call or in person.

Sessions

You most certainly can book a single session, however I highly recommend a minimum of 3 sessions to tap into the true healing and magic of any therapy!
