Reconnect with your strengths, interests, and character traits so confidence isn’t dependent on performance.

Goal: Notice which thoughts help vs don’t help and focus on what you can control
Learn to direct energy toward what supports recovery and wellbeing, and stop wasting it on what you can’t control.

Goal: Learn from this period and plan for the return
Reflect on what this injury has taught you, how you want to show up as a teammate, and how you want to return, physically, mentally, and emotionally.
